Opened in December 2015 as the club home of the Deutscher Alpenverein's Bremen section, the centre offers climbing on over 200 routes plus bouldering, and new climbers first learn technique in a course. It also hosts the section's office, library and seminar room, a bistro, a barbecue area and a beach-volleyball court. Programmes include the inclusion project #KletternOhneGrenzen, children's birthday parties, school classes, team building and rental equipment, and the facility is wheelchair accessible.
