Firdahallen is a full-size indoor sports hall situated in Sandane, Norway, forming part of the larger Trivselshagen school, culture, and leisure complex. While it serves primarily as a scheduled venue for school activities, training, and competitions, its integration within Trivselshagen means it is complemented by nearby gymnastics facilities, climbing areas, fitness spaces, and swimming pools. This makes it a key sports destination within the region.

The hall remains a distinct indoor court even though later development wrapped it into a much broader destination for sport and culture. Nearby facilities now include a specialist gymnastics hall, climbing, fitness areas, swimming and the newer Trivselshallen, allowing clubs and students to move between complementary spaces. Firdahallen itself is primarily a scheduled school, training and competition venue rather than a public drop-in gym.
