Opened beside Florø stadium in the mid-1970s, the hall remains a practical indoor base for varied town activity. Friskis runs bookable group exercise here with a free trial option, while Florø Taekwondo uses it for regular training, courses and gradings. Changing rooms and showers support participants, but the main floor follows organised timetables rather than continuous public access.
