Høyanghallen serves as Holmestrand's municipal indoor arena, primarily hosting handball, gymnastics, and various other club training sessions. This versatile sports centre is also available for bookable events, with protective flooring that can adapt the space for non-sporting arrangements. While the surrounding complex includes Holmestrand swimming hall, pool activities are managed separately from the dry sports hall's offerings.

The dry sports hall and changing rooms host recurring practices, matches and larger arrangements through the municipality's booking system. Handball and gymnastics are among the established users, while protective flooring can convert the court for non-sport events. The surrounding Høyanghallen complex also includes Holmestrand swimming hall, but pool sessions are run as a separate activity.
