The hall gives Moi IL and other local users a weather-independent floor for four of the municipality's established indoor activities. Handball teams, turn groups and general ball sessions share the building, while the adjacent NorDan Arena carries the area's outdoor football and athletics programme. This division keeps the hall focused on indoor training rather than the full-size track complex outside.
