The hall was completed with the new school in 2018 and supports physical education during the day before becoming available for organised use beyond school hours. It belongs to an unusually broad civic campus that also includes a cultural auditorium, public library and health services. The smaller-scale floor suits local training and activity without competing with the larger neighbouring Ognahallen.
