The specialist hall allows gymnasts to train without repeatedly setting up and clearing a general-purpose court. Its position in the Kirkeveien sports cluster places it beside Ørland Sparebank Arena, schools, swimming and outdoor pitches. Club timetables and supervised sessions determine access to the equipment and floor.
